By hiring PRK Photographer you agree to these terms and conditions.


When the Client purchases images, they assume the right to display and reproduce the work.

Unless agreed upon in writing, PRK Photographer retains the right to use the images for self-promotion.

Where applicable PRK Photographer will be given any necessary credit for usage of the images. The Client is to use the credit @prk_photographer


The invoice date will match the date that it is sent to the Client and payments need to be made within 14 days of that date. Failure to pay the invoice within 21 days will incur late fees of 10%. The Client shall bear all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees if any action is required to recover payment.


If a photoshoot has been postponed due to bad weather, no photography fees will be charged to the Client. That being said, the Client will need to pay 100% of the cost of both the travel expenses and accommodation (if any).


If more than 48 hours notice is given, no fees will be charge. If less than 48 hours is given, I reserve the right to charge 25% of my fees. However, if any cancellations are made on the day of the photoshoot for any reasons other than bad weather, I reserve the right to charge 50% of my fees.


Travel 30kms out of Melbourne’s CBD will be charged at $75.00 per hour.

For any bookings which require flights and accommodation, these expenses will be covered by the Client.

Additional photography hours will be charged depending on what package/ service is chosen by the Client.

For photoshoots which require the use of a studio, additional fees for studio hire will be charged. These fees start at $160 for the first two hours with each extra hour charged at $80. Half day studio use (5 hours) will be an additional $350 and a full day (10 hours) will be $500.

*Please note, Wedding Photography will be charged at $250 per hour. Cost includes photo editing/ retouching of all images.
